Since the moment I was hired at Flint Creek Childcare, I’ve felt like part of a family. Not only have I created strong, positive bonds with the staff and children, but also with the families. I come from a large family and value time spent together, as well as community support. It brings me joy to be employed at a company that shares the same values.

It has been a privilege and an honor to be a part of Flint Creek Childcare since day one. As Executive Director, I have seen my dreams of what child care in rural Montana could– and should be, come to fruition; creating a program for the children and families of our community that is safe, loving, inclusive, and nurturing to the minds and bodies of our future.

FCC has been very beneficial for my family and I. Having my daughter enrolled and learning alongside me has increased our bond. FCC has been very supportive in furthering my education. I feel fortunate to be a part of educating the youth of Granite County and taking what I learn home to my family.
