Currently, children aged 19 months to 6 years are eligible for enrollment at Flint Creek Childcare. After our new building expansion, we will have designated spaces for an infant room, a toddler classroom, and a Pre-K classroom.
The Philipsburg Rotary Club has been the foremost partner of FCC since its establishment. After conducting a community needs assessment in 2012, Philipsburg Rotary raised funds and purchased a home to be used as a future childcare facility. In 2019, the FCC Board of Directors approached the club with their own market research and business plan, and the Rotary Club agreed to rent the facility to them for $1 per year.
Not only did the Philipsburg Rotary Club set the foundation for a childcare solution, but they have continued to support FCC’s mission through public awareness, financial contributions, and fundraising efforts, most notably through the Annual Rotary Concert and Auction.
We are thrilled to say that in 2022, the FCC Board of Directors successfully acquired one million dollars in grant funds. This will allow FCC to further provide our community with enhanced programs and services for our students come summer 2023 when the building project is expected to be completed.
FCC is proud to be an equal opportunity provider
